Trace serves as Propeller’s Community Economic Development Program Manager, focusing on policy and advocacy initiatives that support the equitable economic development of the Broad Street corridor and supporting entrepreneurs of color along Broad Street via the Impact Accelerator formerly known as the South Broad Business Initiative. Trace serves as Propeller’s Community Economic Development Program Manager, focusing on policy and advocacy initiatives that support the equitable economic development of the Broad Street corridor and supporting entrepreneurs of color along Broad Street via the Impact Accelerator formerly known as the South Broad Business Initiative.

Trace has long held a passion for building community and empowering others. This passion has led him to complete coursework in Psychology, Sociology, and Business from Mississippi College. He comes to Propeller with a diverse background in community development. He has ran educational and recreational programming for youth in St. John the Baptist Parish where he served as the Assistant Director for Kids On The Move Summer Camp. He was also awarded the Young Fellowship with Portland Leadership Foundation, where he had the opportunity to build capacity for a variety of community organizations, manage a bed & breakfast known as the Hillside House, develop leadership capacity amongst student-athletes, and partner with an Uganda-led NGO providing holistic development and services to families and communities in Jinja, Uganda.

Trace is a Startingbloc Fellow, Global Shaper, Economic Development Ambassador, and a proud Board Member for Brothers Empowered to Teach.
