A gifted political communications strategist, Rachel got her start as a fledgling account executive working on the 1999 campaign of former Philadelphia mayor John F. She would go on to build a career advising campaigns, non-profit organizations, small businesses and corporations in several industry sectors on strategically linking message to mission. In 2014, she leveraged her experience to launch small hinges SCE, a public relations firm dedicated to securing tangible wins for a diverse client base. In addition to providing counsel to non-profits, startups, and some of the country’s top thought-leaders, Rachel has lent her expertise to mayoral and municipal leadership campaigns in Philadelphia; New Orleans; and Arcata, CA.
